SoundsandSongs Posted March 29 Posted March 29 Beyonce's team is improving!!!!! CC songs are now on Tiktok as official sounds. 1
NordicGuy Posted March 29 Posted March 29 I enjoyed the album quite a lot on first listen. Daughter is one of her best songs ever and 16 Carriages also surprised me, it sounded a lot better on the album.
PrettyHurts Posted March 29 Posted March 29 it's so hard to pick a standout bc its so cohesive, consistent and brilliant she simply ate
Johnny Jacobs Posted March 29 Posted March 29 Weirdly enough the collab songs are the weak ones. I am kimda disappointed by the miley track. Its cute but that's it.

BnPac Posted March 29 Posted March 29 (edited) I'm never listening an album ever on YTB, although YTB is not at fault, it's the fact that I don't have a premium account on YTB music, at least I suppose that's the reason why there's one and sometimes 2 adds in between each song even when you click on a whole album. Anyway this is for me her most daring and ambitious project to date. And I'm sorry for what I said regarding the interludes, they all serve a purpose (maybe except the Dolly P and Willie Nelson's one but I get why they are there because well...it's Dolly and Willie). I'm in reverence that she can still reach those highs, what she did at the end of Jolene is masterful, I hope it doesn't get lost on people being offended by the changing of a beloved classic. America Requiem might be her strongest opening along with Lem's, yesterday I didn't realized the beginning is sung from the perspective of her being on stage at the CMA's. It punched me in the guts. Daughter is stunning. I even got Bodyguard this time around. YAYA remains the ultimate track for me. It's beautiful and it's so fitting that Linda Martell introduces it. Anyway for now, I can rate it against other albums, I still need more time to digest it. Edited March 29 by BnPac 1
QueenBLadyG Posted March 29 Posted March 29 II HANDS II HEAVEN Gorgeous. It sounds so ethereal. The production is all encompassing. Another album highlight. It reminds me of the film Vanilla Sky. 1

Triton Posted March 29 Posted March 29 Ok but why didn't Miley and Beyonce take pics together at the Grammys?
Xtina23 Posted March 29 Posted March 29 (edited) pains me to give this a negative review, but unfortunately, I am left with no other choice. 1.5/10 (1 for Miley, .25 for Ya ya, .25 for Tyrant (which is not even country btw, just saying, I tried to dance country to it and couldn't)) Edited March 29 by Xtina23 2 8
BnPac Posted March 29 Posted March 29 And I hope people caught that she called it Beyoncé Carter act II in the album. Beyoncé Carter is...her name.
