Starkboy Posted March 26 Posted March 26 Miley on the album? wtff I do wonder if this happened due to her Grammys performance 1
KOMH Posted March 26 Posted March 26 Miley and Beyoncé are labelmates so it makes perfect sense to me.
Lose My Breath Posted March 26 Posted March 26 I feel like The Beatles makes me feel even more like this album is a country/rock mix

Just because she might have been commercially successful (with one song in a decade mind you) does not make her an artist. Shes been all over the place with her artistic direction which would be highly unusual from the artists Bey has collaborated with in recent past (jones, tems, beam, jack white, frank, kendrik...) Plastic Hearts alone is a better than any recent pop albums released by pop girls, sit down. Miley has the best voice for country. Miley is chameleon and has #1 pop, #1 country and #1 rock albums. She loves trying genres just like Bey Edited March 26 by honestopinion 19 2 1 1

Y'all still stuck at the Hannah Montana and Bangerz days I swear. Miley IS a true artist 5 9 1

Miley FAR from being a true artist?!?!?!?! What an absolutely idiotic take. The same Miley who after her biggest commercial era, released a free experimental psychedelic influenced album????? It may not have been your cup of tea, but THAT is true artistry. 7 4 1

You are just going to have to take the L on this one. I am sure you have general knowledge of Miley but saying she is not a true artist is so uninformed. Her covers alone are all artistic excellence that she puts her OWN artistry on. Her own music has range that might not speak to you personally but to say she is not a true artist is a lie. She writes and composes on her own as well. Its okay to not like her but lets not be dishonest. 1 4
troubledparadise Posted March 26 Posted March 26 the miley hate 😩 y'all so jealous of the two queens maximizing their joint slay im just smiling over here 🤣🤞🏻 they coming 💁🏻♀️💁🏻♀️💁🏻♀️💁🏻♀️ 1

You need to relax… if Beyoncé only collabed with people who you deemed to be on her level she would barely have 5 collabs. You're acting like Miley is this talentless little newbie. She's been in the game for YEARS. And take away the theatrics she's actually a good performer with a great and unique voice. 5
BnPac Posted March 26 Posted March 26 Of course fights are erupting. We can not have anything. Some people are just using those potential collaborations as a mean to downplay the artists they do not like. 5
Ricanaire Posted March 26 Posted March 26 Miley and Bey are both big Tina Turner fans so like the maximum slayage could be too much for us to handle. 😭 2
wish Posted March 26 Posted March 26 Beyoncé is an unpredictable artist and she doesn't always go for the safe option. Miley is that unexpected left-field choice who could fit perfectly on the album. She's a versatile, vocally capable artist with Southern roots just like Bey. They're also both inspired by Tina Turner, so we could possibly get a rock moment! 3
Popular Post kindararenext Posted March 26 Popular Post Posted March 26 i'd take a miley collab over a gaga one any day no shade 16 1 1
ToraeGilt Posted March 26 Posted March 26 Did y'all even listen to ESV or plastic hearts? That girl is talented and is very experimental with her music and that's why I respect her. She actually takes risk even if the music doesn't click. The girl has a voice on her. Perched to hear how she would sound on a Beyoncé track. 7 1
channelbangerz Posted March 26 Posted March 26 If the Miley collab ends up being not true Mr. S you will start coughing on release day....... 6
Starshine Posted March 26 Posted March 26 Miley recently had one of the biggest songs ever and she's also a mezzo soprano like Bey. She's absolutely respected today and it's common GP knowledge that her voice is spectacular. I grew up on her, so this is sort of a full circle moment for me. If it had to be a country white girl who can sing, it's her. 5 2
knewbetterpt2 Posted March 26 Posted March 26 Miley x Bey is such a high concept for this album actually, put some respect on Mildred's name in this thread right tf now! 2
ReneighIsHere Posted March 26 Posted March 26 hmmm miley is one of the best performers of the new generation, she OWNS the stage, so i'm not surpised she is respected by someone like Bey.. and she sounds great when she sings country/rock songs so I can see why she wanted her on the album 1

I have to disagree with you. Miley's projects might not flow together as well because of her drastic evolution... but that doesn't give you the right to say she isn't an artist. The audacity of saying Miley Cyrus isn't an artist in 2024 when she's been in the game for 19 YEARS
Dear Reader Posted March 26 Posted March 26 The disrespect some people are showing Miley is Its one of the best choices for a Country album! Miley's voice will fit so smoothly with Bey's. I see the vision! 4

Looking at his post history everything he said has come true. He predicted Ice Spice being on Karma remix, the features on Pink Friday 2, 'yes and' by Ariana being Vogue/house inspired among other things. Looks like this is really happening.
