Mr. Blue_Shirt Posted February 12 Posted February 12 She might be pushing Texas Hold 'Em as the obvious single, but I'm glad we all agree that 16 Carriages is the better song 1

Ok yea after listened to the 2 songs they're not as country as I thought. Praying for country disco bops!

Digitalism Posted February 12 Posted February 12 This is the first time the monsters are saying someone is copying Joanne and it's true because it's horrible 2 1 2

Augmented Posted February 12 Posted February 12 The second pre-chorus of Texas Hold’Em feels like a subtle nod to Pure/Honey 1
Domination Posted February 12 Posted February 12 Cute songs but I feel like this will be her least commercially successful album considering how fickle the gays are. She’ll probably save the tour for after Act III
Rigalo Posted February 12 Posted February 12 We’re going country this year girlies. Just ganna have to get into it 1

Last time their studio albums were in the same Grammy cycle, the committee declined to put either Speak Now and 4 in the AOTY lineup, but both albums won in their genre fields for “Mean” and “Love on Top.” Before that, Fearless beat Sasha Fierce, but Beyonce won SOTY and set the female record for most wins in a year. Will be interesting to see how this goes. Edited February 12 by Achilles.

nooniebao Posted February 12 Posted February 12 16 Carriages is gorgeous to me ugh 😭 and a little surprising coming from her tbh
Kh-Loud Posted February 12 Posted February 12 Both songs are incredible, but TEXAS clears. I don’t make the rules 1
Great808 Posted February 12 Posted February 12 When this goes against TTPD at the Grammys next year and Taylor clears her that will definitely be unavoidable backlash for her defeating Beyonce doing Country music which is Black origin I’m calling it rn BOOKMARK me. 2
