I can't quite describe it, but Levii's sounds & feels like a morning hug from your boo in bed, or spooning with the d pressed against your ass. HOW did she capture that feeling so specifically??!! :WAP:

for the people who have listened, is it really a country album?

kind of but not really at the same time :deadbanana2: it explores a lot of genres and she mixes it with very obvious country vibes but still not a straightforward country album as we all expected

Otherwise, this album is a masterpiece and I'm glad that we can all agree now after hearing this, that Reni wasn't that great.

I see the hate over the last album to try and make this one even better has started lmao.

This album being good doesn't take away from the fact Reni was a masterpiece.

Broken up by each section (on first listen):

The Linda Martell Show > Smoke Hour II > intro/Ameriican Requiem > Smoke Hour

Intro of Spagettii: genres are a funny little concept, in theory they have a simple definition, but in practice some may feel confined.

Sorta, but not.  It sounds more 70s rock inspired to me in the first half, then slowly gets a bit more country, and then goes into this weird country R&B/pop into a crazy electro/pop/country twist

It's hard to explain

It feels like you just did a line in the bathroom and went into a Euphoric state of shock.

the way I was also scared of the length and the 27 tracks but the album flew by so quickly, its pace is incredible!

Riiverdance now.

this album is CRAZY.

to anyone who knows my hate aka HATE (i mean it, LOATHE) country music : the best description is truly what she said. Don't expect a country album, it's a Bey album.

this album is a WHOLE NEW experience once again so far oh my god.

Why she decided to rap on Spaghetti over the classic Timbaland drums?

I think the album probably would have flowed better if it started with Linda Martell Show, even though I think Ameriican Requiem is her best album opener.
