skwonderfactory Posted March 29 Posted March 29 THIS ENTIRE ALBUM >>>>>> PROBABLY HER BEST EVER AND SHE BETTER WIN ALBUM OF THE YEAR AT THE GRAMMYS NEXT YEAR!!! 3
MatiRod Posted March 29 Posted March 29 It really is such a DELIGHT to have a pop megastar like her be so gloriously ambitious and dedicated with every fibre of her body to delivering a true musical experience with each release, often in wildly unpredictable ways (who could've predicted she would do a disco and country album within 1.5 years of each other a few years ago?). She truly LOVES music and it shines through in every song. 14
QueenBLadyG Posted March 29 Posted March 29 RIVERDANCE This is going to hit on tour and in clubs! Pounce on that ****, dance Pounce on that ****, dance Pounce on that ****, dance Bounce on that ****, no hands 2
Soda Pop Queen Posted March 29 Posted March 29 (edited) lol listening to Ya Ya again and Tina Turner would be SO PROUD. She put all her funky charisma all over this ode to the 60s! Now, I need to hear a full cover of These Boots Are Made For Walkin' now lol. Edited March 29 by Soda Pop Queen 2
Graduation Posted March 29 Posted March 29 A perfect follow-up to what I thought was her best album. This is going to be so fun to revisit. Bodyguard, Ya Ya, Riiverdance, Tyrant, II Hands II Heaven and Daughter are the ones that are standing out the most through two listens. I'm not getting any sleep tonight, am i? 1
Kern Posted March 29 Posted March 29 I know people love Tyrant but the beginning is giving me violin + dubstep YouTube audio it gets better tho
TROPICUM Posted March 29 Posted March 29 I sashayed my dress Did my best impression of a damsel in distress This alcohol and smell of regret Allured my catch 3
QueenBLadyG Posted March 29 Posted March 29 The transition from II HANDS II HEAVEN to TYRANT is GOD TIER!

Park Jinyoung Posted March 29 Posted March 29 II Hands II Heaven is amazing. A career high. the beat sounds like it should be on Kid A or a Four Tet album
Subversive Posted March 29 Posted March 29 Latin America deserves to be the first leg of a next tour just so they can properly give Ya Ya (live) its proper welcome 1

Suspendedintheair Posted March 29 Posted March 29 This is the R&B iteration of what Joanne should've been. ll Hands ll Heaven ... I can't even form words. 1
Kh-Loud Posted March 29 Posted March 29 My top 5 after many many listens not including the singles of course lol 1. Tyrant 2. Sweet Honey buckiinn 3. American Requiem 4. Just for Fun 5. Bodyguard Those interludes add such layers of atmospheres and theatric to the listening experience!
chaeyonce Posted March 29 Posted March 29 It's a pleasure reading through this thread honestly. The praise, the criticism, the jokes, etc. This is what this is all supposed to be about. Connecting and Sharing through music. Thank You Bey! 5

Triton Posted March 29 Posted March 29 Oh! The dramatics in Daughter… it's a vision! The video will be insane. 2
Cruel Summer Posted March 29 Posted March 29 The way this album would be perfect for a long drive through a mountain road - I need to take another Colorado trip or something, get out of the city and just experience these sounds out there in the world. I wasn't ready for this at all and I don't know what to do with myself now 3
