Jack! Posted March 1 Posted March 1 This is cute, the intro was a bit It's a Sin coded which was cute. I don't see this being a big pusher at the competition but it's enjoyable!
Gossip_Boy Posted March 1 Posted March 1 It could have built up a bit more to a climax but it’s good. The production is excellent. Now as far as Eurovision is concerned, it really depends on staging and live performance. His voice is paper thin and he usually is a bit hit or miss vocally so I’m slightly concerned about that, but hopefully everything goes well.
Mordecai Posted March 1 Posted March 1 It's giving 15th-17th place It's okay. The song doesn't pack a punch and turn the dial up which is a shame. I do like the bridge though However this is the kind of song that will come alive on stage and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up loving it after the contest is over
Hector Posted March 1 Posted March 1 This sounds like a potential top 10 placing, especially if audiences and the judges have good familiarity with Olly already. Great pop bop
Truth Teller Posted March 1 Posted March 1 4 hours ago, Thickorita said: It's cute but with it being Eurovision x Danny I was expecting something flashier and catchier like this Danny gem Yeah this is what it needed to be. There's a weird fear that most countries have towards sending an entry that will be seen as tacky or too camp, which is... weird. It's Eurovision
GRMusic Posted March 1 Posted March 1 I say this will go flop 5. It‘s very album track, nothing exciting. 1
Yomaku Posted March 1 Posted March 1 Loving the pet shop boys-esque sound around it, top notch production.
FireFade Posted March 1 Author Posted March 1 it's a catchy song, but I unfortunately don't see it finishing in the top 10
NI-CK Posted March 1 Posted March 1 it's a good song, definitely a grower. not sure if it's gonna be suited for Eurovision. it misses some punch and I wish Danny would have added a crazy breakdown or something to make the final chorus more exciting
ForgottenSoul Posted March 1 Posted March 1 needed a stronger climax like most eurovision songs have but I think he will slay the stage.
Pendulum Posted March 1 Posted March 1 (edited) He's taking it!! We're going Glasgow 2025. Willy Wonka immersive experience characters will be hosting!!! Edited March 1 by Pendulum
Gelato Posted March 1 Posted March 1 It's painfully generic and bland for me unfortunately. We're definitely not making the left hand side.
geodancefreak Posted March 1 Posted March 1 A BOP. In my opinion it probably needed a key change in the last chorus or a tempo change in the end to really go off. It's gonna be top5 but probably not #1.
Burqa Posted March 1 Posted March 1 it's def a good song but i don't think it will do well on eurovision like others said i wish it went crazier near the end how come nobody has mentioned it sounds exactly like this song
