Nah, I think he's in his imperial phase. While OTAAT is massive, it's all about huge stable streaming figures, not sales, which he needs in order to clear 1M a week.

 

I was expecting Miley or Luke to return to Top 20 ngl.

Toby Keith is bound to chart something within the T20 on albums. Not only has he filled up ITunes but he also has 2 T20 AM songs & 2 more T40. He has others further down. I don't know how Spotify looks but I'm sure songs will chart there. And Amazon is strongest for Country stars.
