I said this elsewhere but both things are probably true... Taylor didn’t intentionally SNUB Celine. Let’s get this out of the way. But it came across as rude to many people watching. And Taylor’s publicist got feedback about it in real time and immediately cleaned it up by asking for the picture. That’s literally why she goes to shows with her client, to be able to anticipate things and get ahead of them. People denying this are concerning.

All popstars are calculated, they are after all just a few for a reason. The issue is when people try to present it in a bad way just for her succeeding at it. I find it odd that people are acting like Taylor intentionally ignored Celine. She probably apologized for the faux pas afterward. People make mistakes.

 

But Taylor’s biggest mistake of the night was announcing her new album. That was disrespectful to the other artists in the room, and you can tell that they weren’t really happy about it. The Grammys aren’t the VMAs.
