Damien M Posted February 5 Posted February 5 Poor reaction. Joke sounds toothless, he could’ve left if he was THAT offended.
dussel_06 Posted February 5 Posted February 5 The Kissing Booth actor is right. It's like asking Shawn Mendes to sniff his armpits. Glad he put that creep to his place.
suburbannature Posted February 5 Posted February 5 Isn’t that literally a reference to the film scene? Assaulting over that? 1 1

You do realize this man isn't some piece of meat right? There is nothing wrong with this interaction and at the end of the day he's still a movie star. The radio djs behavior was corrected and he won't try to sexually harass anyone for a long time Sexually harassment is such a reach that is quite ridiculous. The joke was in context of the film. How is this joke any different than when that little girl told Timothee Chalamet, “you’re such a peach”, which alludes to his character ejaculating in a peach in Call Me By Your Name? Should the little girl be hit or accused of sexual harassment? Be for real… 4
Venice B Posted February 5 Posted February 5 He doesn't strike me as the type of guy who would throw hands because of something this silly
Pendulum Posted February 5 Posted February 5 The aggressiveness of Nate Jacobs jumped out I would cream my knickers right on the spot 2

QueenBLadyG Posted February 5 Posted February 5 that was obviously a joke. they're selling candles of his bathwater scent. it's all related and referencing the film. psycho better control himself before this career goes down the drain.

Mystic Warrior Posted February 5 Posted February 5 25 minutes ago, Gaia said: Go to one of your coworkers and ask her for a cup of her used bath water. please report back after HR contacts you about your termination! Why didn’t Jacob Elordi assault Jimmy Kimmel when he presented him with a candle that says “Jacob Elordi’s bath water”? Also, let’s not be intentionally obtuse and consider the context here. ATRL with the lead in brain rot, once again. Aside from the response to the commenter I quoted: Jacob Elordi clearly does not have the temperament or emotional maturity to be a celebrity and take jests DIRECTLY RELATED TO HIS WORK with a grain of salt. Everybody has been making bath water jokes, so why the selective outrage now? Y’all will jump hoops to excuse basic men’s ill behavior. 7
harwee Posted February 5 Posted February 5 (edited) Violence is extra so both in the wrong. But that is sexual harassment, just saying. i wonder if the interviewer is a straight maga who asked it in a teasing manner which prompted his overreaction, cause he doesn't seem like the type. Edited February 5 by harwee
Dark Miracles Posted February 5 Posted February 5 From interviews he seems fairly reserved, contemplative so I would understand if the guy's body language was also overtly intrusive while saying it that he would lash out. Maybe it was that same radio guy who wanted to huff Sean Mendes' armpits. 1
JoJo Posted February 5 Posted February 5 (edited) If I'm understanding this correctly, the “reporter” secretly recorded himself asking Jacob about his bathwater. Jacob realized this and asked him to stop filming. The guy complied, but he ended up getting assaulted anyway. the prankster sucks, but it’s concerning that Jacob resorted to violence so quickly. Yes, he did a movie, but the interviewers asking really dumb stuff or going a bit too far for "content!" or a viral moment is becoming irritating. Asking him to sniff a candle named after that scene is weird enough, actually asking for his bathwater is weirdo behaviour He was filming him without consent. probably what pissed him off. 2
X~MoviePoP Posted February 5 Posted February 5 Verbal sexual assault and harassing jacob. Clearly yall would be pissed too. Hes a human and humans arent just smiles and ok's
