elevate Posted February 3 Share Posted February 3 Tbh his popularity was a wake up call for me a few years back; I had underestimated how many men will defend this guy because "he encouraged me to clean my room when nobody else did" or "he's like the father I never had", etc. They will ignore the cringe stuff like this but there is power in marketing yourself benignly (at first, anyway). In an average Twitter or Reddit thread when he's lumped with other extremists like Tate, he'll be defended.
