poll Nicki vs. Katy - More likely to win a Grammy next?

Neither pop icon have ever scored a Grammy win in all their years active.

Nicki is nominates for two Grammys this year, Katy hasn’t received a nomination in years.

 

Who is more likely to win one out the two, if at all?

It's really bizarre how Nicki hasn't managed to win even one Grammy. At least with Katy you can say she peaked when pop music was being dominated by female artists so she always faced tough competition, but Nicki couldn't even win the genre categories when she was the only woman in the rap scene and debuted a few years before hip hop dominated  Either way both ladies should have several by now

Nicki was up against My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy and To Pimp A Butterfly with Pink Friday and PinkPrint. The former two albums are regarded as some of the best albums of all time. There was no way she would win a Grammy over those in the rap field. Just unfortunate timing. And she was 100% snubbed from Best New Artist

The pop categories most likely for Katy to win, yet at the same time they are most competitive genre categories at the Grammys, so it's not looking likely for Katy.

Nicki has bigger chances since she usually has a lot of collabs per year, she just has to participate in the right song (hope she doesn't tho lol) also she can be nominated in several genres. Katy on the other hand is not going to win one unless her next song is an acclaimed smash hit since pop categories are more competitive, her only chance is maybe with a dance song in the best pop dance recording category

that's really not how that works  if execs/producers were really that powerful, why was Kanye allowed to win several awards (and be nominated for AOTY) after peeing on the trophy? Why has Abel won as a featured artist despite a very public falling out with the Recoding Academy? Why did Ariana win two awards despite cussing out the producer publicly on Twitter?
