I'd be ok with this strategy if they were just droplets... Or on their albums but the fact that all these collab become filler in her albums and we end up only getting like 3 actual Shakira-esque songs in the albums is what pisses me off... I need Oral Fixation Vol 3 & 4

It's not fair on her as an artist to have her creativity stifled or her artistic direction dictated to in this way and it's disrespectful for a senior executive to discuss an artist in this way. I don't know how many albums she still owes on her current contract but I hope someone makes sure she's aware of this quote and she signs with another label when her present contract expires.
