Abracadabra Posted February 29, 2024 Posted February 29, 2024 I love how brash and loud this is, feels very reminiscent of a lot of British dance music from the 2000's 1
Red Mage Posted February 29, 2024 Posted February 29, 2024 I am so curious to hear what the rest of the album is like. The lead single is never my favorite yet this is ear crack.
Ewan Chaos Posted February 29, 2024 Posted February 29, 2024 I didn't listen to any snippets and apparently it was for the best based on the reactions in here lmao. Great song and super fun! I assume it samples Yeah Yeah by Bodyrox which is a banger of a song and elevates this track a lot. Fantastic video too.

Fantastic video too. it’s been confirmed it doesn’t samples Yeah Yeah it just uses the same synth 1
shookspeare Posted February 29, 2024 Posted February 29, 2024 hated this on first listen but tried it again during a lifting session and felt so powerful let me add it to my workout playlist
visions Posted February 29, 2024 Posted February 29, 2024 I love it so much and yeah the video definitely elevates it, and I say this as a music video hater
kandicha Posted February 29, 2024 Posted February 29, 2024 this is so fresh and hypnotic! officially hyped for the album now
Kristen Posted February 29, 2024 Posted February 29, 2024 I remain incredibly excited for the album, and *love* the production on "Von dutch," but like...can she write some more lyrics, perhaps? I feel like there's maybe 7 lines in the entire song, just endlessly repeated and repeated and repeated. That's fine to soundtrack a K-hole at the gay bar and whatever, but if she combined this sound with actual verses, it'd be an all-timer (see: "Vroom Vroom"). 1
Julia Fox Posted February 29, 2024 Posted February 29, 2024 I played this in front of my friends and they loved it and they don't like Charli that much outside of party 4 u and Speed Drive so maybe this will bring her new people interested! They were moving their heads and enjoying! I just love it too! It’s very infectious, hooks after hooks, very upbeat. Yasss
skankle Posted February 29, 2024 Posted February 29, 2024 It's decent but the snippet was like, the whole song. Agree that her contributions are incredibly lazy here - Charli has a great knack for melodies and flow but she couldn't be arsed to write more than like 30 seconds before repeating it to the end of the sub-3 min track. Just like a post chorus that pushes the climax even higher would have worked wonders! Gr8 video however!
Bussea Posted February 29, 2024 Posted February 29, 2024 oh this video is *****. the song is a bop on first listen too imma need a little more time with it tho
justin464 Posted February 29, 2024 Posted February 29, 2024 The video is insanely good, very bratty! 1
lauvender Posted February 29, 2024 Posted February 29, 2024 love the song & the video excited for this era
JoeAg Posted February 29, 2024 Posted February 29, 2024 oh wow this is so good!! it's kinda giving Sucker era teas in the chorus 2
Jacobdaniel Posted February 29, 2024 Posted February 29, 2024 LOVE the new song. But I get what some of you are saying about the TikTok snippets. I'm so glad I knew better than to listen to her snippets. But tbh she really needs to get better with her releases. Smaller snippets, much much closer to release. 1
Young In Love Posted February 29, 2024 Posted February 29, 2024 love everything about this, she served
Mark Rih Posted March 1, 2024 Posted March 1, 2024 Y’all will drag me but this is one of the best things she’s ever done. Easyfun you will always be famous 2 1

wish Posted March 1, 2024 Posted March 1, 2024 Love the sonic direction, but this is the type of song that I get bored of after a week. There’s barely any melody or progression to hold onto. 1
EyesOnMe Posted March 1, 2024 Posted March 1, 2024 (edited) not Omar Apollo stanning on his story that’s my momma Edit: not Tinashe stanning in the comments we need Drop That Kitty 2.0 Edited March 1, 2024 by EyesOnMe 1
EnigmaticAndroid Posted March 1, 2024 Posted March 1, 2024 Very solid bop. I don't think I'll go back to it that much but it's still a nice taste of what's to come. It feels like she's combining some of the more abrasive and avant sounds she's developed with the pure pop direction of Crash but more clubby, which would be a great move imo.
attention Posted March 1, 2024 Posted March 1, 2024 this is a cute quick bop, def more for live setting as does most of her music. hits harder than good ones
