Bryan Spears Posted March 19 Posted March 19 This is AOTY for me. I need a little bit longer to see if I like it better than Golden Hour or not because right now they're about neck and neck After 12 full playthroughs I think my ranking is: Giver / Taker Jade Green Cardinal The Architect Sway Anime Eyes Dinner with Friends Heaven Is Too Good to be True Lonely Millionaire Deeper Well Nothing to be Scared of Heart of the Woods Moving Out Honestly it was very hard to rank because they're all incredible, but Giver / Taker is in her holy trinity with simple times and Late to the Party
Blade Posted March 19 Posted March 19 (edited) If you've only listened to the record on airpods or headphones I recommend listening on some nice speakers. My car has pretty good ones and it sounds phenomenal. Edited March 19 by Blade 1
perfectillusion204 Posted March 19 Posted March 19 My ranking for now but I think it's gonna change a lot. 1. Cardinal 2. Deeper Well 3. The Architect 4. Jade Green 5. Too Good to Be True 6. Sway 7. Moving Out 8. Dinner with Friends 9. Heaven Is 10. Nothing to Be Scared Of 11. Heart of the Woods I haven't really gotten into these songs yet: 12. Lonely Millionaire 13. Giver / Taker 14. Anime Eyes
Movimento Perpétuo Posted March 19 Posted March 19 What a beautiful album. I wish it was more country/folk-americana tho, but that's my personal taste. It won't change the quality at all.
VENUSWAVE Posted March 19 Posted March 19 the way i thought the bridge of Anime Eyes was a bit corny/cringey on my first listen but now I GET IT 1

OnlyManInTheWorld Posted March 19 Posted March 19 Simple and beautiful. Growing on me quickly. Lovely aesthetics.
Edibles. Posted March 19 Posted March 19 I think the vocal production on this album is top tier. The title track is a perfect example of it, the layered and stacked vocal effects. It's so good.
IMadeYouReadThis Posted March 19 Posted March 19 Dinner with Friends is hitting HARD - I'm on a holiday with a group of friends and the feeling she encapsulates here is exactly how I felt out at dinner last night
SimpleKindofLife Posted March 19 Posted March 19 The more I'm listening the more I'm loving this album. The breezy melodic feel that a lot of the songs have makes me feel so warm.
monologueNacafe Posted March 19 Posted March 19 It's hard to pick a top 5 tbh…but here's my top 8 in no order - Cardinal - Too Good To Be True - Deeper Well - Dinner With Friends - Jade Green - The Architect - Lonely Millionaire
Rigalo Posted March 20 Posted March 20 Played this for my bf and he's stanning and wants to buy tickets to tour
Johnnyboi Posted March 20 Posted March 20 I've been listening to this all day. At first I didn't really like Lonely Millionaire but now I see the vision.
pinkdiamond Posted March 20 Posted March 20 Not seeing enough conversation about Moving Out being the best song on the album 1
AnonnonA Posted March 20 Author Posted March 20 (edited) Obsessed with Ruthless - the production is amazing. Really hoping she'll release more outtakes Edited March 20 by AnonnonA 1
Kern Posted March 20 Posted March 20 I decided to give this album a listen after reading all the praise in this thread! I've never heard a single song from her so let's see
