Ariana Grande - Thinking Bout You: honestly remains one of her best songs, it's so lovely and euphoric and dreamy and sadly she will never be able to replicate this no matter how much she tries

Avril Lavigne - Keep Holding On: LOOOOVE this song forever and always, it's such an anthemic power ballad that will remain as a classic in my household forever

Madonna - Take a Bow: honestly kinda boring, a Madonna ballad is not the first thing I think of when the task is to send a good song

Kacey Musgraves - Rainbow: it's a cute song but I think it grew off me with time, I definitely used to like it way more and now I just think it's okay, one of the weaker GH cuts

Kali Uchis - fue mejor (feat. SZA): nice song, honestly not much to say about it but I did groove to it

Beyoncé - Check On It (feat. Bun B & Slim Thug): mega fun bop, a bit of its time compared to some of her other early hits but still good

Ariana Grande - pov: you will never be Thinking Bout You, it's mid at best

Doja Cat - Juicy (feat. Tyga): oh she mothered hard on this one, she kinda needs to go back to making these random fun bops like

Mariah Carey - Fly Like A Bird: it's a good song, not very attached to it but it's good 

Miley Cyrus - Slide Away: lovely song, I actually think it's one of her best recent singles (not like there's any hard competition honestly) (also when did she tack this on She Is Coming )

Kygo - Lose Somebody (feat. OneRepublic): girl be sooo serious right now... Kygo in 2024?  you deserve all the lashings I'm sorry

Janet Jackson - Funny How Time Flies (When You're Having Fun): not my fave pick from this album but it's a good song and I think it's the best one out of the old pop girl songs sent this round

Lorde - Perfect Places: amazing song, it has such CLOSER energy it feels so nostalgic every time I listen, I love

Beyoncé - SUMMER RENAISSANCE: absolute classic, the use of the sample is immaculate and the song as a whole is just pop perfection

Red Velvet - La Rouge: weird ass pick, and unfortunately I don't like it either so I can't even appreciate the risk
