Hiss' song structure is indeed unusual for mainstream music, even for rap music standards. So I get the vibe Megan didn't intend it to be a mainstream radio foddler hit. It seems like Megan just wants to address the drama and issues surrounding her life, that's why the song is solely focused on bars - it doesn't have any hook at all. Plus the intro of the song doesn't seem radio-friendly either, which is vital to secure radio spins.
