It's known that Glastonbury pays a lot less than other festivals. I think the headliners get around 250k, and at other festivals they'd usually get between 500k-1M. Depends on the size of the festival obviously though. I'm going to see her on Friday in Barcelona where she's a headliner, but the festival isn't that big.

I know it's not as big as Gastonbury but how big it is? Like how many people are going to attend there?

the same thing she did with Rock in Rio lmao

a friend of mine that knows a little bit about insider festival tea said this. Avril was supposed to be at the main stage but accepted the offer (that was made months before) way too late

Interesting info if it's true. She's totally outshined the headliner :rip:

Glasto is so good that even she didn't make that much money this time around, surely they will pay her a higher fee for next headline UK tour. I can see her doing 5 shows at least in the UK cause the demand is crazy.

She can easily sell out a small arena tour in UK which i think she can make around $200k, the same amount she could make at Glastonbury

She can make WAY more than $200k from a UK tour, even 1 UK date can.

No? I feel like what you said is the revenue. That's not what she actually earns from the show. I think festivals are more sercued for her i guess. She doesn't have to worry about the profit :eli:

Do ya'll remember how she used to get dragged by critics for her short setlists, 70-minute show lengths, lack of energy, and sparse attendances during TBDTour?

Now she's getting universal acclaim across the board. How times have changed.:ahh:

Remember when you implied that it wasn't impressive for her in the other thread while admitting she's doing impressive here :eli: .

Saw her live yesterday in Milan w/ Simple Plan and Sum 41. What a fun show.

The crowd was around 35k people for her set and everyone was singing along even to newer songs like Bite Me, Love It When You Hate Me and Head Above Water.

I never would expected to see people moshing to Sk8er Boi and her cover of All The Small Things but that happened as well.

The overall feeling is that she really is perceived as an icon by the GP now and that feels really great as a fan after years into the oblivion

Just saw her at the Nîmes festival in France. She killed it, her voice is so crystal clear and impeccable. Not a single wrong not, those ''I Am With YAAAA'' high notes got everyone shook. She's so tiny in real but she got tons of energy, she had great interactions with the audience and the show was over 1h20 and she didn't disappoint at all. The Warning were great as well, great discovery, they ended up siting in the arena (which was packed) to watch Avril's show which i ended filming entirely cause why not.

Anyone find it weird that she avoids performing tanked singles like Smile and RNR, at the same time loves performing He Wasn't, which also is a flop single?

She's performing Smile, even in Europe when she had the 90 minutes sets.

also she loves He Wasn't cause she's having her silly little game with the audience AND she plays guitar for it.

I'd also say He Wasn't is much more known than Rock N Roll..

He Wasn't is bigger than RNR in every way tho.

She's cut Smile from the setlists for quite a few shows so far on this tour.

LIWYHM also flopped and is all-around tragic, yet she insists on performing it for every show.

Saw her Monday night in Toronto and going again Friday. She was so good, the crowd ate her up and was so energetic.

So happy to see the Scotiabank Arena packed too! Queen getting her flowers :clap3:

I wonder why new boxscores haven't come out, I know some did for like 3 dates months ago... :katie:

The reported shows were the biggest of her career so far, so probably they wanted to publish them right away.

On Pollstar it seems that all 7 concerts from the first part of the  NA leg are reported. The numbers are just behind a paywall.
