She had to include it in the show especially when bringing back the backlash she got from the erotica era. Its part of her career and life story. That represents her mind and stance. thus she did some moves with the leather strap reminiscent of the video. Also the wig part. She played the blond ambition tour with that hairstyle in europe and did it numerous times in different works. It's a career respective. She brought it as her trademark. I like it actually.
