ScorpiosGroove Posted January 19 Posted January 19 can they sue beyoncé for the lack of visuals and false advertisement as well while they’re at it ? 1 1 5
TipToe Posted January 19 Posted January 19 (edited) Madonna is known for her professionalism so this kind of behavior is unacceptable, fans should noT enable that just because "it's nothing new". If she starts throwing **** on the audience will y'all let that be a habit and normalyze it too? For god's sake. Sue ha ass, i say. Stick to the publicized time to start or don't set a time at all, what about promote the dates with a "show up as late as possible, who knows i appear xoxo"!? Edited January 19 by TipToe
Shelter Posted January 19 Posted January 19 Losers tbh Madonna should be on before 9. I don’t get why she is still coming on late
readytowind Posted January 19 Posted January 19 (edited) since those bitter queens confessed they went to see every madonna tour, they should be kicked out at the door and blacklisted from now on. dont you dare to come see her. they thought the shows were incredible but go after the money for her. they decided for themselves to stay late and watch all of it. and enjoyed it and were impressed. and told others about it. but a few weeks later came with a lawsuit about personal blah blah blah. such a failed *******. readytowind Posted January 19 Posted January 19 (edited) Haines continued, "Beyoncé? Always on time. Taylor Swift, Pink, that's called respectful. i know every media used to hate on madonna in 1992. but not this. always? they even drag other women. always on time??? thats not a respectful fact either. false propaganda and advertised information. that angry lady is no better then. she is saying like bey and others are saints and perfect. they are always making nice images of someone or specific artists they love over another targeted and hating person. comparing each one that they love to make someone they dont love look bad. how cheap and dumb! pitting a preferred one against other women. but they dont do it for men. they do make that barrier and fight for women. sexist. ok. i know you scream you are a bey stan. but sit and talk about facts. do not preach false advertisements over other girls respectfully. just to make another woman more bashed on the occasion. how low she is. LOL Edited January 19 by readytowind 1

Her fans know this and plan accordingly. Technically, she is not 2 hours late if you consider opening act. But they should provide better information to casual fans (gp). Or better Madonna should address the issue and people will drop it. She sould better information? The time is on the ticket, people know there is an opening act, why people are so dumb and noisy? And is a one time event, plan correctly, i wonder if all those people are always on time in their lifes....

Then why can't she just adjust her starting time at 10:30? If she knows she wont make it at 8:30 every damn time

And is a one time event, plan correctly, i wonder if all those people are always on time in their lifes.... People should be well informed about the program. If it says 8:30 pm showtime on tickets, people would expect Madonna to appear at that time. But if they indicate that opening act will perform and then after 9-9:30 pm, Madonna will take stage, then there won't be so much noice. And nobody HAS TO KNOW that Madonna is too late, people are busy with their lives and they have more important things than follow forums, etc. Plus, Madonna concert is a bucket list for many people and people want to have fun and see the legend live. And this miscommunication ruins the fun because either they have to go early or they have to find a way back home. People might plan accordingly if they are informed that she'll be on stage at 10 pm.
glacier76 Posted January 20 Posted January 20 I gather Madonna does not have an opening act? If they start at 8pm or so, I would think Madonna’s show has started on time even if she herself has yet to appear. Kinda like when the theatre says a movie starts at a certain time but it starts with 20 minutes or trailers. That said, this is one of the reasons I never go to concerts. Is there anything else where customers would be fine waiting hours beyond the expected time?
Chris Posted January 20 Posted January 20 The amount of people scrambling in here to call Madonna fans crazy and unhinged. I'm sorry, since when did you guys ever care about her concerts or her fans? Asking for a friend. 2 1

I'm so confused on how everyone cares about her fans now when people on this website call Madonna fans old, ugly, unhinged, and have been told to go kill themselves. And let us not even begin on what they have been calling Madonna for years. We didn't forget SYG. But now they care all of a sudden? I'm confusion. 3
Chris Posted January 20 Posted January 20 And for the record, if you have a concert or an event at an arena, you should probably more than likely request the next day off so you don't have to rush home to go to work the next day. I do that every single time I go to a concert or an event, and you know what? It helps tremendously. But in the winter time it is HELL with the nasty f*cking cold though. I was SHIVERING one time after I left an arena. 2
Soda Pop Queen Posted January 20 Posted January 20 And I- oop. I don't know how this will turn out for them but I mean, I'm not against it. Someone needs to also go get Ms. Lauryn Hill while we're at it lol. Being 2-3 hours late a few times or every once in a while is ok because life does happen but every single time you have a concert? you're doing it on purpose.

Doesn't her opening DJ come on at 8:30 which is the advertised opening time? You know damn well, that Madonna is supposed to come out at 08:30. She was also late for almost 2 hours for my show and by the time she got out I was already drained from all the waiting. Just because it's known she is always late, doesn't make it right. It's rude and unprofessional.
Josh Posted January 20 Posted January 20 Madonna has **** you money she will not be affected by this at all
EnterTheAttic Posted January 20 Posted January 20 Amd the people in here defending Madonna are losers. Yes, we love mother Madge but she is unacceptable! 2 1
Leptine Posted January 20 Posted January 20 Didn't know that on ATRL, a board dedicated to comment celebrities news, people from other bases are not allow to express their opinions on different people from who they follow especially when this outrage is coming properly from who has a whole account with more posts dedicated in trying to drag other artists rather than speak about their fave. That being said, I can understand that sometimes it can happen but being punctually always late is just unacceptable and unprofessional, especially to an event where people pay, no matter who is doing that. 1 1

Not everybody lives in the city where a concert happens and it's not about rushing to go home, there are several people moving with different means of transport that often are not being available after a certain hour, not to mention if you have a flight to take. 1

Not sure what's the correlation with the thread topic, pretty sure majority of popstars and their relative fanbases have been trashed even in a lot worse way on SYG when it was a thing, it wasn't an exclusive of Madonna, if anything she has probably be one of less targeted popstar in this board given her long career and records, and by the way concerts are not private events attended just by fans, they're a public event attended also from the general audience who has the right to comment on that.
