No one is this stupid. I know older people who have gotten permanent dentures, and while it's a step up from regular dentures, it's hardly a "forget you have fake teeth" deal. They still take significant maintenance (beyond that of brushing and flossing), and the implants will likely require surgical adjustment or even replacement as you age.

 

If true, karma may have gone too far I fear. Trash takes it's own teeth out.
