Glam Posted October 18 Posted October 18 I'm seeing on Twitter that she's going to do a stadium tour in May in the US, and that's why they cancelled this leg. Is it legit? 1
tomaseba Posted October 18 Posted October 18 Worst promo for the tour, now I'm fearing about my date in March and thinking about selling my ticket 1

They are supposed to take plae after the South American leg. 1
holyground13 Posted October 18 Posted October 18 She just posted about that on her Instagram. I don't know much about the U.S. leg but wasn't it supposed to happen in a few days? Like what even?
vuelve88 Posted October 18 Posted October 18 (edited) US stadium tour to begin in May 2025. Dates announced on Monday. Shakira and her team suck. They could have made this decision months ago or planned it from the start. Cancelling shows just to turn around and get more people to attend later is pathetic. Edited October 18 by vuelve88
prettyinpink940 Posted October 18 Posted October 18 Two weeks before the start of the tour they suddenly realize the demand is too high and the production is too large? 8 6
holyground13 Posted October 18 Posted October 18 I... Shakira please. Many artists sell out arena tours super quickly but they go ahead with it anyway. And why two weeks in advance like???????? The Weeknd did a similar thing but that was during COVID times when no concerts were going ahead so it was more understandable. What a mess. 1 1
Lorelei Posted October 18 Posted October 18 (edited) So, she was informed of the "overwhelming " demand only two weeks before showtime? Taylor Swift better hide her wig! Edited October 18 by Lorelei 3
tomaseba Posted October 18 Posted October 18 Mess, they could've announce this weeks ago not two weeks before the tour starts good luck selling those dates after this 1 1

shakeyourbombom Posted October 18 Posted October 18 Shakira, we've been telling you you are a stadium act in the US and Canada. This is not it. Not cancelling the dates two weeks before the first show. You should carry on with those arena dates.
shakeyourbombom Posted October 18 Posted October 18 But I'm excited for those US and Canada stadium dates. I wanna go
holyground13 Posted October 18 Posted October 18 It was only a few weeks of arenas - a warm up if you will. The way to do it is do the shows and be so good people come back so you can do a stadium leg in 2026.
I.T. Posted October 18 Posted October 18 Insane. Like miss ma'am you can EASILY sell out stadiums in Miami, New York, LA, SF, Atlanta, DC. this should not be shocking.

Why can't she do BOTH? Did she really need to cancell those dates? the tour was clearly not ready to start I assume. 3 1 1
Riot Posted October 18 Posted October 18 But I thought that she was irrelevant in the US? Atrl please explain! 1 3
I.T. Posted October 18 Posted October 18 I can't believe her and her team realized this so late. But happy for the fans (myself included) I've never been to a stadium show before. 1
