I don´t know what happened to her, was she traumatized from The Mongoose Tour?

Definitely. She lost money on that tour, primarily from transporting that huge cobra that she only used for 1 song.

Since then, she pretends that she doesn't have the budget for more than 2 backup dancers and bigger production, because she's trying to keep as much money. :rip:

I'm surprised that for this tour, Shakira wants to take it a step further and come up with something more elaborate. I figured that after losing so much money in Spain, she would go with something more budget-friendly to recoup her losses.I hope this tour strikes a balance between high-quality productions and being profitable for her. :giraffe:

I don't want better production for her, because I fear that would mean for her to lip sync as she's done in her TV performances with 'more production' :toofunny3:

The fines she paid in Spain were literally nothing to her in the grand scheme of things - it was basically what she made for a few days of work on one season of The Voice lol.

How many stadium shows will she do in Spain after selling 11 in Mexico?

I feel like she will do 5 to 6 in Madrid alone and also in Barcelona (possibly in Bilbao as well)

I wonder when EU dates will finally be announced. Like, the year is almost over.

She's gonna have choreography which means that mic will be unplugged either way :rip:

I remember when she said that the latin American leg from el Dorado WT was her best tour yet just because she added some fireworks at the opening and couple of songs. That means production for her. :rip:

She's had so much potential when it comes to live shows and yet she is always lazy since the oral fixation tour. I don´t know what happened to her, was she traumatized from The Mongoose Tour?

She became a mother which means being tired 24/7 + Pique used to repress her being sexualized (which is an important part of her image and music) and I feel it discouraged her.

SEVENTH Show added in Mexico City

She will be the artist with most shows performed at the venue on a single tour ever. The previous record holder was mexican pop band RBD when they did 6 shows last year.

The Latin America leg did amazing, now she needs to drop those European dates and promote the US leg. Ideally an English single/collab with someone RELEVANT (no more Black Eyed Peas or David Guetta).

An Eminem collab would slay

I totally get that but that was the Problem only with el Dorado WT.
what about oral fixation and TSCO, those Where shitty shows. I still can Not believe she did not bring the mask to LA, the only worthy thing about that tour.
she is lazy and greedy, that's it.

I'm still seeing her though if she ever announces EU dates

I didn't realize her Miami show is almost sold out.

They should add a second date for Saturday. I'd be buying for that second date for sure!

US ticket sales are a damn mess but nothing an upper bowl curtain can't fix, even Karol had to do that on many dates

So, all this fuss about doing US stadiums was to add curtains due to low ticket sales? :deadbanana:

Adding curtains doesnt mean "low" ticket sales. Selling 2.5x the tickets that you would sell in an arena is still a major improvement even if you don't reach the maximum potential.

Probably waiting for the worst possible scenario to announce them.

When you think about how they waited more than a year after her first two Top 10 hits to release the album, and another year after the album to start the tour...

Timing is clearly not their forte
