4 more years?? The delusion :rip: Biden is flopping horribly in the polls.

The only way the Dems are winning is if he DIES and they are forced to offer a better candidate. His handling of Gaza has handed the presidency to Dump on a silver platter :deadbanana4:

If he dies then the DNC will back President Kamala who is also abysmally unpopular. :deadbanana4:

More exciting than the snoozefest bore on the stage!

Looks like it's past his bed time.

Joe Biden has fundamentally broken the Democratic Party coalition.

Thankfully the ones who came to be respectful at a church  drained them ou. You can tell the young black girl felt embarrassed that’s why she stopped.

This man is an absolute evil POS. And the folks in that room chanting four more years/inviting him to the pulpit are an absolute disgrace. Shame on them for inviting the perpetrator of a genocide (and former segregationist) to speak in that space.

Good for them. Christian Palestinians are being eliminated by Israel too. If you care about Jesus and Christianity you must support Palestinian Christians too

The Obama coalition? Which was wildly different from the Bill Clinton coalition.

Can we accept as progressives that the Obama coalition wouldn’t turn out for anyone but him and Biden was a hold-your-nose candidate during Covid?

I promise I’m not arguing in bad faith but I don’t agree with the premise that Biden won 2020 on the Obama coalition to begin with but instead the DNC pretending he deserved it and won on it when it happened to resemble it somewhat on wildly different premises and contexts.

Younger black and Latino voters promised one thing and not buying it second round (2024), for starters.

The incident is such a flashpoint to a larger conversation between younger and older black voters.

I see this location as the exact place to do this.

Older black voters dismissing younger black voters as selfish for this kind of action and prioritizing genocide above all else is the exact problem.

This is such a microcosm of a larger conversation that hasn’t had enough coverage or needs to, specifically as it concerns the Democratic coalition and this demographic specifically.

Younger black voters are tired of being forced into a binary and being characterized as selfish for not accepting it - shaming their form of protest here or how they ultimately vote or not vote is exactly the problem.

Only in the mind of a deeply vapid person is a protest a bigger desecration of the church (and that church much less) than inviting a sack of shite, waste of a life, genocide perpetrating war criminal c-nt to its pulpit. Only in the mind of someone who has never been challenged by circumstance is that true. Buffoonish liberals can complain all they want but nobody gives a f-ck that you are uncomfortable. Good. You should be, because none of this is acceptable.

This reads like trying to fit an idea (that there is an unique Obama coalition that would never vote for anyone who wasn't the first black president) into the present discussion. And the issue isn't whether or not I think what you're saying has merit, but I'm confused as I think the time for that conversation has passed since.... Joe Biden won! He won in 2020! Whatever he did in 2020, he was able to form a coalition to vote for him!

And yet now the combination of what he's doing now - and how it *is* different than whatever he did in 2020 - is seeing those voters who supported him fall away.

The issue is that these voters are.... long-time Democratic voters or demographics that the party told itself it can rely on.

- Young Black Voters

- Latino Voters

- Progressive Voters

At the end of the day, electioneering and politicking is just negotiating, so to see Democrats forget this basic principle is... startling.

Even normies voters have noticed it. They don't want to hear Trump is bad - they want Biden to not just say how he is good but how he plans to be better for the next 4 years.

Americans get a Republican president either way. Only one just pretends not to be when he governs the same on nearly every meaningful issue.

The way the entire “we don’t want any more military US interventions abroad!!” crowd is now acting as if Joe Biden is personally responsible for the war in Gaza :rip:

Joe Biden can 100% demand an end to the genocidal bombing of Gaza. Israel would be nothing without the support of the US government.

He’s literally sending them weapons unconditionally.

He should be protested everywhere he goes. He should never know a moment of peace. And these church goers should be ashamed of themselves for the rest of their lives.

"Ah, you think it's BAD to send weapons to countries and do regime change yet want the president to INTERVENE by stopping his country's weapons shipments! Hypocrite!"

You will look one day at your grandchildren and clutch your fist in shame when they start asking you if you remember when Israel used to be a thing and the genocide.
