Honestly I don’t mind it. As long as it animates in Apple Music (or melts into the full player size like some albums do now). It’s giving music quality will be incredible and her best yet  

Glad it’s not a tacky pop cover like My Everything/Dangerous Woman. Her covers are always hated but end up making sense in the end

you know what. with a good enough album, this could actually eat as an album cover. like imagine she delivers an experimental, personal, musically dynamic masterpiece album with this as the cover, it would lowkey be iconic. Beyoncé’s Self-Titled or Fiona Apple’s Tidal teas, deceptively minimalistic covers with expansive, adventurous albums underneath. not that i think Ariana will serve that on this album, but i’m just thinking out loud.
