honestopinion Posted yesterday at 05:05 PM Posted yesterday at 05:05 PM Rooting for Miley! It's impressive she got a nomination while the movie and the song wasn't even out yet. It says a lot - voters love her this season, so she has a great chance for Oscars nomination too! 2

Kylizzle Posted 22 hours ago Posted 22 hours ago 21 hours ago, Jude said: Really hoping for Ariana to win especially that the EP voters will have to split their votes for Zoe and Selena. No one is voting for Selena to win. Her win would be the nomination. International voters will carry Zoe to her Danish Girl'd win. I am hoping to see The Substance overperform, but I wouldn't want to see Margaret get in over Danielle or Aunjanue. Hoping for: Ariana Zoe Aunjanue Danielle Felicity 2

But I think she can just keep randomly appearing, her campaign game is insane. And the gag is we've been taking about Lee for years and everyone says it wouldn't happen. Now she's about to secure her first nom since her win for that messy movie. When Jessica Lange wins next year for Long Day's Journey Into Night, what will be the next years-unreleased movie we all speculate about Edited 22 hours ago by Kylizzle 1

Netflix movies also do very well with the SAG. BAFTA is still unclear to me atp. 1

To LEEslie indeed.

Kylizzle Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago The fact Lee took 8 years to make and Kate paid out of pocket to make sure it would come out only for it to become a Sky Original Film
Blue Monday Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago 16 hours ago, Fading said: Netflix movies also do very well with the SAG. BAFTA is still unclear to me atp. They usually do, and they usually are more preferential towards movies that peak earlier in the season but they can also be pretty idiosyncratic and insular/voting for their own; there is a lot of overlap with The Academy but they're mostly working/tv actors, so those usually result in more populist choices or actors that are well established.
