Whatever happens tonight, I'll hopefully be able to sleep comfortably knowing Perez isn't a Best Picture winner

This is kinda random. But it's nice to not treat the actors as the only ones who matter for once.

The only Best Picture nominee I couldn't see is "I'm Still Here". I couldn't find it anywhere

Maybe she will present Best Picture since Harrison Ford is sick

Not strong enough to predict this but Maria winning Cinematography would be one of the biggest upsets of the night

Rationale: Lachlan is beloved and it's his fourth nom. It could be a career achievement too. He also won the precursor and has a lot of respect in the industry.

Points against: lone nomination for a film that (unfortunately IMO) did not get the attention and accolades it deserves so I doubt a lot of voters actually watched the film because of the lone nom. So if they voted for this, it would only be because of respect/relationship with Ed.

Not the "On the Red Carpet" interviewer telling Diane Warren she's a favorite to win tonight, and then reminding her she's had "a lot of time" to come up with a good speech :rip:

Atp it's lowkey cruel of the Oscars to keep doing his to her :toofunny3:

Diane has been wearing the same boring clothes to the Oscar.

Diane should try to wear gold next time.

Maybe it is her good luck charm :suburban:

The Brutalist is a mess. I don't see it winning Best Picture.
