She isn't wrong. Both Pure Heroine and Melodrama had great influence on the music scene. Several artists attempted to have their own versions of those albums too.

 

Lorde kinda comes only 2nd to Lana when it comes to influential alt girls from the 10s.

I relate to this as well. I love Pure Heroine so much and it was one of my fave albums growing up but I never really go back to it these days outside of maybe 3-4 songs. The album feels way too highschool-y for me and I've really outgrown that phase. Melodrama is a timeless record
