Dua Lipa – Houdini A sophisticated pop masterpiece which is clearly not for everyone I fear. Exteneded edit is even better! 3. SZA – Snooze My fave from SOS from day 1 but I didn’t think it would smash like this 4. PinkPantheress – Mosquito This song <3333333333 5. Dua Lipa – Dance The Night Classic and they hate to see it 6. Troye Sivan – Rush Excellently produced bop 7. Loreen – Tattoo THEE queen of Eurovision 8. Roosevelt – Paralyzed If you like retro synthpop you have to get into him like now 9. The Weeknd & Ariana Grande – Die For You We love a classic getting its flowers don’t we 10. Nothing But Thieves – Welcome To The DCC Houdini but for rock dads 11. Tate McRae – Greedy I knew from the first tiktok that this was a smash 12. Troye Sivan – Got Me Started Hated the sample at first but it grew over me with time 13. Miley Cyrus – Flowers Now it’s overplayed but instant classic yeah 14. Kali Uchis – Endlessly Best song on her album 15. Peggy Gou – (It Goes Like) Nanana THEE song of the summer 16. Zara Larsson – Can’t Tame Her The perfect basic bop 17. Calvin Harris – Miracle (with Ellie Goulding) Loved the trance comeback 18. Kamille – Muscle Memory Get into this disco excellence NOW 19. Casso, RAYE & D-Block Europe – Prada Thank you tiktok for this eurosmash 20. Kali Uchis – Moonlight Bop and SMASH 21. Doja Cat – Agora Hills Scarlet was mostly crap but this? Whew 22. Roosevelt – Rising A vibe 23. Nothing But Thieves – Overcome Catchy synth rock bop. Get into them! 24. PinkPantheress – Feel Complete This just hits different for me, it gives me such a weird and beautiful nostalgia 25. Marcus & Martinus – Air Shame this had to go against Tattoo because it would’ve been an amazing entry for Sweden on ESC 26. Addison Rae – I Got It Bad Our new pop supreme 27. Travis Scott – Telekinesis (feat. SZA & Future) Definitely the best on UTOPIA. SZA devoured 28. SZA – Kill Bill Instant classic but not even top 5 on SOS for me 29. Kenya Grace – Only In My Mind Deserved to smash instead of Strangers 30. The Weeknd – Double Fantasy (feat. Future) Aged but I was obsessed with it for a couple weeks, usual synthperfection from him 31. Bizarrap, Shakira – Bzrp Music Sessions, Vol. 53 This aged but wow what a moment 32. Tainy & Bad Bunny – Mojabi Ghost Groovy bop. Better than anything on his album which was disappointing 33. Morgan Wallen – Last Night I cannot make the bop not bop. Instant smash and it’s easy to see why it was so big 34. PinkPantheress, Ice Spice – Boy’s a liar Pt. 2 The rest of her album is even better tbh 35. Tove Lo – I Like U Looooved this eurobanger 36. PNAU – The Hard Way / Stars / You Know What I Need That’s like 3 Cold Heart clones but they all bopped so 37. Travis Scott – K-POP (feat. The Weeknd & Bad Bunny) Dated but still bopped 38. Ella Henderson – REACT / 0800 HEAVEN / No Sleep Ella decided to give us UK house anthems this year and we thank her for that 39. The Kid Laroi – BLEED Nice mellow track. Definitely the best on his album which was very disappointing 40. Ariana Grande – Fantasize A wasted #1 41. Heidi Montag – I’ll Do It Thank you tiktok for making me discover this 00s classic 42. Post Malone – Mourning Posty’s album was cute but not cute enough.. this was my most played 43. Sophie and The Giants & Purple Disco Machine – Paradise Classic PDM smash 44. Lily Rose Depp – World Class Sinner / I’m a Freak The concept of manufactured pop girlie song was perfectly realized 45. Zara Larsson, David Guetta – On My Love On my hit on my hit 46. Miley Cyrus – Jaded The only good song on ESV after Flowers, deseverd to smash 47. Purple Disco Machine & Kungs – Substitution Classic PDM smash (2) 48. I was obsessed when it came out and have no desire to touch it again Greedy, SZA, Can’t Tame Her, Jaded, PNAU, PinkPantheress, Agora Hills, Muscle Memory… The taste jumped out as usual Love how much overlap we had, but no surprise considering we have an ear for HITS
