mrpartyrocker Posted January 4 Posted January 4 There’s one thing to be creative and experiment sounds and have biblical references in your songs like Judas, but there’s another thing to come across cringe trying to seem interesting and edgy. disrespectful to say the least. 5 2
Jack! Posted January 4 Posted January 4 Interesting to see him potentially go down this route since it's a schtick that isn't always the most favourable to the GP, and he did manage to get a hit without religious controversy (Industry Baby) so we'll see how this goes. I'm not really bothered if the song is good.
justin. Posted January 4 Posted January 4 Not sure why people are surprised by another schtick from him. He’s a meme artist. 1
luizinho Posted January 4 Posted January 4 low key tired of the whole blasphemy thing but if he will piss christians off then I'm here for it
TheFlyingRobot Posted January 4 Posted January 4 I actually really liked his EP 7 and his album Montero, so I'm looking forward to his new music. However, I don't think it's a good idea to go down this avenue again and I doubt that it'll be received well... We'll see.

That’s the problem. It’s not so “new” or “interesting” when he’s already played the controversy card. And he comes across cringe sometimes. You’re acting as if anyone is listening to montero and industry baby in 2024 Edited January 5 by mrpartyrocker 1
Better Mistakes Posted January 5 Posted January 5 Mother snatched a high profile collab Has she signed with Columbia, as that's Nas' label?? 3
Cheeky Posted January 5 Posted January 5 A Kesha feature in 2024 is a lot more exciting than some of the other potential options that were being tossed around. 12

It’s pretty apparent the dolls are here for a Kesha comeback if she can deliver some bops so let’s hope we have a hit on our hands! 2
