Does anyone have familiarity with the Thai Government/legal system? What does this mean?

Similar to other draft bills, a parliamentary committee has a limited time to review and make amendments to the proposed law. Subsequently, it undergoes another parliamentary vote for approval. If it successfully clears the Senate and receives royal approval, the law is enacted.
