Not sure you'd like it there. SK is an outlier among developed democracies in that a significant amount of South Koreans oppose pro gay legislation. This trend does seem to be reversing, although at a slower rate than in other developed countries.

The gay scene seems to be restricted to Seoul. There's a neighbourhood called Homo Hill in Itaewon (Seoul's nightlife district) that is occupied by several gay establishments and another similar one in Jongno. Can't find anything else beyond that
