Singer and songwriter Charlie Puth has listed his immaculate midcentury modern mansion in Beverly Hills for a striking $17 million.

The 4,800-square-foot house sits on nearly half an acre. According to TMZ, the hitmaker bought the 1965 build in 2017 for $9 million. If he clears his asking price, that’s a roughly $8 million pay day—not too shabby.

 

The recently renovated home was designed by architect Rex Lotery and is just one of a handful of two-level houses in the area’s upscale Trousdale Estates neighborhood. Lotery is also responsible for dreaming up Elvis and Priscilla Presley’s nearby compound.

 

Style, convenience, and privacy collide at this gated, four-bedroom, five-bath, luxury address. For starters, a light-lined motor court leads to the home’s striking facade, which is crafted from stone, concrete, glass, and wood.

Oversized double doors lead to the foyer, where the floating stairs and soaring ceilings make a real statement. 

 

The two-level living room features floor-to-ceiling windows and built-in wood shelving. This area is steps from a separate sitting space, complete with a fireplace.

Meanwhile, the kitchen has a marble waterfall center island, marvelous stone walls, and warm-wood cabinets. Commercial appliances and a hidden refrigerator are also nice details.

It is hes lived there since end of 2017. Idk but he said in a recent interview about an apartment in NJ

 

Hell prolly sell then buy a house in Jersey

If he's selling the house is cause is 4 sure hard to maintain (really high Taxes) and his career is not as strong as before? 
Is not this the reason why so many celebs who were big end up selling their californian mansions?
