I'm not about to discount the testimony of many people and the text messages just because of a fuzzy video where you can't see what they were doing inside the car or hear anything

Yeah, I can’t make anything out. A narration would have been helpful. The first part where they’re around the car is probably the most relevant piece but it’s too dark to see anything.

He running away because he claims to actually be the victim. And was set up by the woman. 
 

not siding with him, that’s just what he claims in court the other day. That he was trying to get away from the encounter.

It did appear that he pushed her back into the Uber, and then he walked off with her arm in arm before they got into the street altercation. If he was actually trying to get away from her, he would not have walked from the cab that he (based on my viewing of the video) pushed her back into and then walked away from WITH her before getting into an altercation in the street. Something isn’t adding up here.

 

I’m not an expert. There isn’t really any context of the video other than it is allegedly of that night and that event. based on the texts and the video footage I’ve seen, at the very least he is a POS. At the most, he is abusive and deserves time. I wasn’t there. I didn’t see it. That said, everything that has been released has cast him in a negative light. Add that to the testimonies from people that have worked with him, I’m perfectly fine with him not working in Hollywood anymore.

But the video doesn’t show what happened inside the car right before that. Plus during the trial she has shown text messages of some other time where he abused her and begged her not to go to the hospital afterwards. I still believe her
