I would recommend reading the actual articles you're linking to, because:

1) China migrants are not a substantial migration group and language like "fasting growing" doesn't accurately capture total instances by proportional growth. A Chinese national is more likely to be in the US undocumented because they flew here legally and then stayed past something like a student visa expiring.

 

There's also the reality that the US identifying China has a human rights abuser enough to sanction it yet somehow wanting to limit asylum seekers:

 

 

2) China migrants are crossing at points of entry or illegally across the border because the number of visas issued to Chinese nationals has cratered post-2019:

With all neoliberal and neocon posturing over America as a moral actor being erased by the Biden admin literally recently easing up on these sanctions in hopes of bribing Maduro's government to participate in allowing America to deport undocumented Venezuelans back to Venezuela.
