This is her first BEST album, she is choosing her BEST songs from her entire catalogue (hopefully she is adding songs from EXODUS and This Is the One too). Her past two compilation albums (I'm ignoring Utada: The Best, as it was released against her will) are titled SINGLE COLLECTION Vol. 1 and 2. They are just compilations of her singles, that's it. 3
