TMZ sources are not the same as PageSix, who said a reconciliation with Jamie isn’t in the cards. Nick Hautman talks to Rosengart and Cade directly whereas TMZ tries to talk to anyone outside of those who are around her daily. TMZ has been pushing the “Britney wants to make peace with her family” narrative when the reality is she’s still battling Jamie in court, and that’s not stopping anytime soon. Her making amends with Bryan, Lynn, and Jamie Lynn doesn’t mean the legal battle with Jamie is suddenly over.

Her reconnecting with her family was always in the cards really. Being single with not many friends at this age makes one very lonely, especially if there's no family to rely on. If they all get back together, we can only hope that they've learnt their lesson and won't seek anything financially from her anymore.

we really can’t even imagine the type of abuse she went thru at the hands of the legal/professional ecosystem her father helped build around her, and i don’t mean to sound insensitive but it is actually rather common for people who have been abused to go back to their abuser … to say nothing of the fact that the man abusing her was her father

 

she’s just a woman that wishes in her heart of hearts that she had the relationships that she wanted (and deserved) with her family which is why she still reaches out to them. i only hope she doesn’t relent control of her finances for them again, they have siphoned enough off her.
