Everything about it. It was pushed on playlists, had a separate video on youtube with a photoshoot/edit done specifically for it

What? A lot of album tracks are pushed when the album comes out  and all the DL1 tracks have separate videos on Youtube with their own edits

 

None if these things make it a promo single

Promo singles are typically, almost always, songs released before an album launch but not pushed as singles
