Well, I don't think a lot of people understood what she was saying. She's basically going "me vs. them" in her narrative but that's normal because she feels 'her people' are being attacked. Same as black people, hispanics and whatever other minority group would do. 

 

But it's being misinterpreted because she's against Palestine and uses all those slurs. And normally in any other discussion of a woman being treated with hatred because she voiced her opinion it's because of gender as well. 

 

She probably already divided people with the words "I'm against Palestine" and whatever else came out of her mouth is being ignored or automatically hated.

I can’t see anyone genuinely having a problem if she didn’t. She literally did not have to mention POC to make her point, which is it what makes it so jarring.
