Forbes names Puerto Rican megastar Bad Bunny the new “King Of Pop” in new magazine cover. Do you agree, ATRL?

If there is one constant in this 29-year-old, it is that everything he creates becomes a global success. For the past three years, this 2019 Forbes 30 Under 30 member has been the most successful artist on Spotify with 35.9 billion streams. His YouTube channel has attracted more than 32 billion views, more than those of Justin Bieber, Ed Sheeran and, yes, Taylor Swift. The Puerto Rican has won three Grammy Awards and 11 Latin Grammys. In April, he made history as the first Spanish-speaking artist to headline the Coachella music festival. And he has done it all singing only in Spanish.

I think it's just all around hard to select any pop royalty these days cos celeb status seemed more untouchable back in the day

I've not heard one song of his. I guess in the latino parts of the world its true, but elsewhere? Not happening

He has gotta make an English LP to reach more to be considered I think~ but deffo not pop oO.

Maybe in Latin America, but no artist of the new generation is able to reach that level of popularity. Yes, he is the number one, but that is not enough nowadays to be "The King Of Pop". That title requires so much more dominance and acclamation by the critics.
