I'm sorry but a lot of us simpletons have benefited from working remotely from different countries [after the pandemic] and the 180 day rule applies to most countries in Europe, including the UK. It's not like she can say it was a Spanish type of loophole legislation or something. How was this billionaire woman not aware of it?

The tax office won't leave her alone lol. The inspectors get a productivity bonus if they manage to find enough evidence to investigate you. It doesn't matter if your defence proves them wrong. And this case is the gift that keeps giving, so of course they are not going to let it go.
