Honestly it isnt bad but i expected more, wheres the big build up and punch and momentum...the vocal mixing doesnt help either but ill be streaming tho, the intro and added verse slaps

The new verse seems tacked on and doesn't match the punchy way with which Dua delivered the rest of the song. And while I love that the bridge was extended and I did want more of the instrumental, she didn't really do much with it.

The mixing is annoying but other than that it eats. The longer intro, the distorted synth in the verses, great new verse, extended bridge with trumpets and vocals in the background (!!!)  and I love the way it goes back to the clean og production chorus at the end before concluding with the double outro. So yeah basically I love all the new details, they just deserved a “regular” mixing

The original was a good pop song just the way it was but this really fleshes it out. I love how the beat takes form during the intro and the new verse is an interesting addition that brings something new to the structure. And of course the extended bridge and outro are fantastic additions. They were my favorite parts of the original version so I'm glad to have even more of them. Definitely the superior version.

This made me like the chorus more due to the high contrast in voice between Verse 3 and the rest... Which leads to the question:

DSN Live in LA added so much to the song, and the Levitating Cursed Madonna remix is polarizing but at least it added something new to the song. This is... well

 

If they were smart they would have used this remix to make a music video with a huge story line while the OG being the one sent to all platforms. But well, seems like they're ready to flop this era
