This is wishful thinking but I wish they were popular in the States so they can come here. I'm sure they could do some pride events, but it's probably not worth the hassle.

It was during Long Hot Summer, I was front row and she was literally singing it to me I'm so happy I recorded it while it was happening! WHAT A MOMENT! 2
glitch Posted May 27 Posted May 27 The setlist seems really solid, there's only a two or three songs I'd chop. I get the snoozey ballads' inclusion since they're dedicated to Sarah but a couple of those album tracks are giving toilet break

I get the snoozey ballads' inclusion since they're dedicated to Sarah but a couple of those album tracks are giving toilet break There are only 2 ballads (I'll Stand By You and Whole Lotta History), and the former is one of their biggest hits so it was always gonna be included and WLH is apparently one of the girls' favourite song according to Nicola so they were bound to include it. I am uber-glad On The Metro was included, but I wish Memory Of You, Every Now and Then, Models, or Swinging London Town had been on the setlist instead of Grafitti My Soul. Would also swap Long Hot Summer for The Loving Kind in a heartbeat. 1
John Slayne Posted June 16 Posted June 16 saw them in Leeds last night. they were phenomenal, i loved the show they brought so much energy to the arena and seemed genuine throughout
Veis Posted June 20 Posted June 20 Are o2 doing upgrades of tickets? There are many tickets for better seats left on the night of my show and I was wondering if maybe you can somehow try at the box office?
SinnerCity Posted June 21 Posted June 21 Is anyone going to tomorrow's show in London? I'm going with some of my mates, we honestly can't wait!
leightxn Posted June 21 Posted June 21 Don't like to live my life with regrets but not getting tickets for this tour will stay with me until I depart this Earth

glitch Posted June 23 Posted June 23 That was so much fun! Wake Me Up, Sound Of The Underground, Girl Overboard and Call The Shots were my highlights, but honestly so many great moments. I'll Stand by You was a very sweet tribute to Sarah, as was Whole Lotta History. I can't really get on with Graffiti My Soul and Long Hot Summer (and you could tell most people didn't know the words) so I'm glad they were back to back and out of the way quickly. I don't remember Nadine's accent being so strong when she was singing! The Derry was really coming through. I kinda hated how every time the camera went on Cheryl she got a much bigger cheer than the other three I also think that's the first show I've been to when the artist came out bang on time. Thank god cos I didn't wanna be getting home late on a Sunday evening nnn. Just a really great vibe and you could tell they were all having fun too! 2

TheseThingsHappen Posted June 27 Posted June 27 Seen the show in London from the Pit on Saturday, and yesterday for the second time. Floor seats this time around, but super close to the stage... just behind the VIP rows. What a show, whew! This show really does not let you breath for a bit. It's hit after hit after hit. What a fantastic discography they have. The crowd was standing up, dancing and singing along all throughout. Love that they included Girl Overboard (should be a setlist staple!!), Graffiti My Soul and On The Metro. The locals didn't know them, but the gays went off lol. I've never seen the girls so happy and radiant. Which makes it even more sad that Sarah is not here to celebrate their legacy. She was always most excited to be on stage, and she would've rocked it! The tributes to Sarah were plenty throughout the show, and so tastefully done. Shed a tear or two. Nicola really was the star of the show for me. Vocally she just excelled. It's crazy how underused she was as a vocalist throughout their career. I'm glad I did both the pit and floor seats. In the pit you have a lot of interaction with the girls, but you do miss a lot of details (visuals, dancers, props etc). But Nicola acknowledging my existence and interacting with me was everything. I hope the overwhelming reaction they are getting this tour will convince them to continue performing. 1
madonnafan18 Posted July 2 Posted July 2 I had the honor of seeing the girls for three shows last week in London and I had the time of my life. I'm sad that the tour is over already. 1
