Tate's problem (for a long time) was her lack of identity/gimmick... Dua, Olivia and Billie have carved out very specific brands for themselves, Tate felt like a mix of all three... she felt like a pop-star conjured up by a focus group.

 

But with this new direction - 00's throwback pop with ACTUAL dancing could work really, really well for her. She's only 20 so she's got so much room to grow.

honestly this new breed of pop girls that have been shoved down our throats last decade is not it but at least this girl has potential and some kind of stage presence which is more than I can say for most of the current “pop stars”

I miss the early 2000s when we had real superstars like Britney and Xtina that knew how to dominate the stage without being cringe, or even the Gaga era where talent and creativity blended flawlessly together to create iconic moments in pop culture
