I always loved how she’s not that person that spends 5 hours in glam in the morning to go out in public and still looks great.

this woman survived LITHIUM

It's the 'survived' for me.. Genuinely wondering since I'm on Lithium for my mental health and it's done WONDERS for me. Like just based off my own logical deducing Lithium is not a patented medicine (literally a pure natural mineral skskakdk 💀) - like how awful could it have done her as compared to other artificial psychiatric medication????

Being forced on meds and taking it from your own merit are two very different experiences. If the meds aren't something you should be using, they will have unwanted and even unexpected effects. Lithium is quite an intense prescription that a doctor really needs to be sure of before prescribing in my own country, hence why I would use such wording. Just because it's natural doesn't mean it's not something that causes an intense chemical reaction in your brain.

It's not something like aderall (which I take for my ADHD), which most people just use as a study enhancing drug. There's quite a bit of softer medication before we get into the realm of lithium. Even in moments where I didn't feel like using my meds and felt like I was forced due to my intense study load (it's the most acclaimed computer science course in my country), it felt so much worse than when I genuinely wanted to take it.

I'm glad it works for you and I'm not saying you're experience is intense, because it fits you and you want it. It's intense in Britney's specific situation, hence she survived it.

Being prescribed lithium inappropriately can have an adverse effect on mental health. They were using it as a sedative, in, from what I gather, unregulated doses. Long term use of lithium also has adverse effects on your organs. If you’ve been prescribed lithium and are taking to improve your mental health under the direction of a Doctor then keep in touch with them at regular intervals. However this woman wasn’t given lithium to improve any aspect of her well-being.

She looks gorgeous. If she swapped the bleach extensions for honey-blonde waves it'd be perfect.

I'd love to see her with dark honey blonde hair again

I am selfishly excited when she kind of gets a makeover and comes back to music IF she ever decides.
