According to a ROCK SOLID insider, Beyonce and Lady Gaga will be teaming up to star in a remake of the hit 1980s movie Thelma & Louise. According to our trusted Hollywood insider, Bey and Gaga have been friends for years, and they are excited about working together.

The insider explained, “Beyonce was supposed to star in the [2018] movie A Star Is Born, but she got pregnant [with her twins] right before filming started. So she handpicked Lady Gaga as her replacement for the movie – and it turned out of be a huge success.”

“[Lady Gaga] promised Beyonce after the movie was a hit, that they would work together and now it’s happening,” the insider continued.

Media Take Out learned that the movie is in late stage development, and Gaga and Bey are expected to not only team up ON SCREEN …. but that they plan to work together to produce the music for the movie also.

This sounds fake if not for the idea but for the fact that it claims Beyoncé's pregnancy with twins in 2017 is the reason she wasn't in ASIB ... did they not want to fact check?

Some of the claims in this article are very dubious or just known to be false. Beyonce didn't hand pick Gaga for the role it was a completely different version of the movie. Tbh I'd kind of love it to be true though, they would slay as a modern take on Thelma and Louise. I doubt it's real though.

In January 2011, it was announced that Clint Eastwood was in talks to direct Beyoncé in a third American remake of the film A Star Is Born (1937), with Bradley Cooper playing the male lead. However, the project was delayed on account of Beyoncé's pregnancy.

ngl I really wanna know what a Beyonce-led ASIB would be like

No thank you. This is one film that does not need to be remade.
