Not when it comes to musical movies where the soundtrack is being sung during the movie, majority of the work it has to be done before shooting in that case.

Gaga kept working on the ASIB soundtrack for over a year after the movie finished shooting, so it is very possible she's still working on the JFAD soundtrack. Plus it seems that Brian Newman (jazz musician/trumpet player) was at the session. But hopefully she's also working on LG7 too
