But yes, Chinchou is another amazin design. Look at them sidestepping a basic angler fish concept: Chinchou has arm fins and feet! Her lightbulb antenna is actually her tail! She got cute little crossed out eyes! She's so cool and cute!

 

Then you evolve her and she turns into... a smiling fish. Okay. Should've been a cunty one stage mon like Mawile and Sableye.
