But gen 2 is a solid #3, I am excited to take part in it.

Honestly same Johto grew so much on me. The Kanto rate also made me want to replay FireRed, I already feel bad for some of the low scores I gave.

Yeah there was a massive leak of the OG dex for Johto. I believe the water starter was already known because it featured in a test version of the game.

Not a single bad design tbh. People are always hard on this gen because most of them are competitively unviable, but every single mon oozes personality. In fact, looking at it, this might be the best generation taken as a whole.
