Welcome to the Johto Rate, where we will be ranking the 100 pokemon of Gold/Silver/Crystal. These games marked a massive evolution for the franchise with brand new mechanics, new lore, and two brand new types. Please give a score between 1 - 10 for every pokemon. 10 means you love it a lot, 1 means not so much. You can give your favorite creature a 15. You can give your least favorite create a 0. Feel free to add comments that will be added to the reveals. Then send it to me in a PM. If you want to make edits then please do them in a new message within that PM.
