Not sure if itll be easier but what if you did a google form, where you can put 1-15? And just have people fill out a username so there is no duplicates.

I guess you could have the user send a message just for verification. It is a lot of effort. 

 

But so is manual data entry from 60 users - 6,000 different data entries.
